Macaroons

- 1 (12-ounce) can condensed milk
- 16 ounces shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl using clean dry hands; mix condensed milk, coconut and salt until fully incorporated. With a teaspoon, spoon mixture onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes. Slide macaroons onto serving dish.
