More Great Book Recommendations

Lucy, 10, United Kingdom
I choose to recommend the book Do I Look Like I Care? It's really funny and so girly. It helps teenagers a lot, too. I hope you go read the book.

Haley, 9, Michigan
My favorite books are the Boxcar Children series. I think they are great!

Janel, 8, Georgia
I think girls should read Racso and the Rats of NIMH.

Sabrina, 11, Uruguay
I recommend Princess in Love because at this age we are starting to feel things in our heart.

Claire, 7, Florida
I like the Happy Holisters because they are three girls and two boys who solve mysteries and because they also travel sometimes to do that.

Alexis, 10, South Carolina
Have you read the book Mighty Robots? You should read it. If you did, you would like it because I liked it.

Dhania, 10, Bangladesh
I recommend a book called Holiday Princess by Meg Cabot. It tells you a lot about holidays! Girl Scout sisters, you'll just love this book!

Claire, 11, Indiana
I would recommend the book Fame, Glory, and Other Things on My To Do List. It is the greatest book. You should also check out other books by the same author—Janette Rallison. She's amazing!

Cassie, 8, New Zealand
My favorite book for girls my age would definitely be Prom Princess.

Grace, 11, Rhode Island
The Girl With the White Flag is a great survival story about a 6- year-old girl surviving on her own during World War II. It is about a Japanese girl, so it's told from a Japanese point of view. Amazingly, it's also a true story!

You, too, can share your thoughts about books: What book would you recommend to a girl your age? Why?
